INgage Networks, an award-winning provider of enterprise social software, will join an impressive lineup of speakers on the campus of Michigan State University (MSU) April 19-20 for an executive workshop, “An Executive Perspective on Social Media: Transformational Communication Changing the Way We Do Business,” bringing social media into America’s boardrooms in a way that ensures organizations remain relevant and competitive.
Hosted by MSU, a leading research university in social media, the workshop will equip senior executives with the critical information and leadership insights they need to re-energize their organizations with enterprise-appropriate social media that impacts their bottom-line. Speakers include experts from Google, IBM, Mayo Clinic, General Motors, Microsoft, INgage Networks, MSU and University of Michigan.
“We’ve designed this event specifically for a senior executive-level audience,” said Cliff Lampe, social media researcher and assistant professor at MSU’s College of Communications Arts and Sciences. “Our speakers represent leading academic researchers as well as industry practitioners, providing a rare opportunity to learn and discover a holistic view of social media use and understanding.”
Co-sponsored by INgage Networks, the workshop is an extension of the company’s previously announced strategic collaboration with MSU, which brings a powerful combination of academic and industry expertise to the marketplace.
