Don Gunther serves as Chairman of the Board for INgage Networks. Previously Mr. Gunther was Vice Chairman and Director of the Bechtel Group, where he had responsibility for all of the global industry units, all corporate functions including project management, engineering, procurement, construction, information services, information technology and contracts. Mr. Gunther's career with Bechtel began in 1961, when he joined the company as a field engineer and ultimately became a driving force behind Bechtel's work processes, marketing strategies, organizational structure, and leadership development efforts. Prior to being named Vice Chairman in 1997, his leadership roles included Senior Vice President; President of Bechtel Petroleum, Chemical & Industrial Company; President of Bechtel's Europe, Africa, Middle East and Southwest Asia region based in London; President of Bechtel's Americas organization in Houston.

Mr. Gunther received a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, and an honorary doctorate, from the University of Missouri Science and Technology, and served as a trustee and advisor to the University. He is a former member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Society of Mining Engineers, and the American Society of Chemical Engineers. He is a past member of the Construction Industry Institute Executive Committee, and received their highest honor, the CII Award of Excellence. During his career he served on the board of governors of the World Economic Forum, the World Energy Council, the boards of directors of the United States Energy Association, the U.S. - Russia Business Council and the British-North American Committee. He has also served on the boards of the Naples Children and Education Foundation, Bay Colony Community Association, Bay Colony Golf Club, Williams Energy, the Immokalee Foundation, the Gulf Shore Playhouse, and Imperial Homes.


As Chief Executive Officer of INgage Networks, Joe's focus is fostering the exponential growth of the company in the Enterprise space. Prior to joining INgage, Joe was President of Warnement Enterprises, a consulting company serving enterprise clients where he led numerous corporate development teams for large corporate customers who have been struggling with growth initiatives and value-added services. In addition, Joe served as Chairman and CEO of Digital Fairway Corporation, President of the Communications business line at EDS Corporation, Managing Director and SVP of A.T. Kearney, Inc., Managing Director and Vice President of Arthur D. Little, Inc., Managing Director of Theodore Barry & Associates, and International Financial Analyst at NCR Corporation. He earned his Artium Baccalaureatus (A.B.) Degree from Princeton University in International Economics and his Master's Degree in Business from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Joe is also an active community participant, serving on the Board of Directors for AFN Communications, the Center for Telecommunications Management at the Marshall School of Management at the University of Southern California, the Princeton University Committee of School Admissions, and the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of the East Bay in Oakland.


Robert Claussen has been an executive in numerous software companies, including Prime Computer, Encore Computer, Reliable Water, Vmark Software, Ardent Software and Primus Systems. Mr. Claussen is currently President and CEO of The Claussen Company - a land development company - with many successful large community projects including Hibiscus Pointe, Waterside and Carlton Lakes. In addition to INgage Networks, Mr. Claussen also serves on the Board of Directors for e-commerce solutions HotSamba, Inc. and Sonant Corporation. Mr. Claussen graduated from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa with a BS in Mathematics.


Mike O'Brien is currently an independent angel investor and Managing Partner for Epic Capital Partners LLC, a west coast venture capital group that focuses on real estate and financial services. His investment experience includes early stage companies in consumer products, software, real-estate, manufacturing and restaurants. Previously Mr. O'Brien was Chief Administrative Officer for Pulte Homes. His responsibilities included human resources, information technology, marketing and supply chain. Before joining Pulte Homes, Mike O'Brien spent 13 years at PepsiCo in a variety of progressively more responsible leadership positions. Assignments included Vice President of Human Resources for Pepsi Cola, Director of Human Resources for Frito Lay Manufacturing and Distribution Operations and the National Director of Corporate Training. In addition to INgage Networks, Mike is a board member for Guidepoint Systems, Weathershield, Seypet Holdings and a member of the University of Detroit's Business Advisory Board. Mike O'Brien received his B.A. and M.B.A degrees from the State University of New York and currently resides in the Bloomfield Hills, MI area.


Richard Armalavage is the owner of Armalavage and Associates, a Naples based real estate appraisal firm. Mr. Armalavage is the managing partner of Bonita Village, LLC and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Administration from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.


Dr. Frederick Buechel, Jr. is the Vice Chairman of Surgery and Director of the Robotic Joint Replacement Center at Physicians Regional Medical Center in Naples, Florida. He was the past Chief of Orthopaedic Surgery at the NCH Healthcare System and recipient of the prestigious NCH 2009 COMPASS Award. Dr. Buechel, Jr. is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon and an expert in Makoplasty® surgery, internationally known as one of the most experienced Makoplasty® Robotic Knee Surgeons in the world. He has consulted with, educated and trained surgeons from around the globe including Italy, Greece, Israel, Scotland, Austria, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and Kuala Lumpur. Dr. Buechel, Jr. completed his Fellowship at The University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and has been in private practice in Naples, Florida since 2001.


Mr. Shroeger currently serves as the General Manager/CFO for Sam Eyde Management Company, a Michigan based real estate development and investment company. During his tenure he has overseen the development and management of over 1.5 million square feet of commercial lease space. In 2001, Mr. Shroeger co-founded and remains an active owner and Director of Lectronix, Inc. a company providing technology development and contract engineering services to clients including General Motors, BOSE, Panasonic, Visteon, Rockwell Collins, Navistar and Freight-liner. Mr. Shroeger also serves as an officer and Director at Go-Solutions-Group, Inc., a company founded in 1994 that provides web-based software to enable schools across the USA to recoup Medicaid reimbursement and manage Special Education programs. In addition to INgage Networks, Mr. Shroeger was elected to the Board of Czech Republic-based Tatra in 2006, the third oldest vehicle manufacturer in the world. Mr. Shroeger completed his education at Davenport University, served his country in the United States Marines Corp, and currently resides with his wife in Northville, MI.
